Administration / Customer Service Officer - Logistics / Distribution $37.50 p/h | Full-Time Hours | Rotating Weekend Roster We are currently seeking an experienced Administration / Customer Service Officer with a background in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing distribution to join a busy food distribution centre. This is an ongoing opportunity with a well-established multinational company. Location: Gepps Cross Roster Options: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Pay Rate: $37.50 per hour Key Responsibilities Managing customer enquiries relating to orders, dispatch, and deliveries Processing orders and updating systems in line with warehouse operations Liaising with warehouse, transport, and operations teams Coordinating delivery schedules and resolving discrepancies Data entry, reporting, and general administrative support About You Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or distribution environments Strong understanding of dispatch, transport, and order flow processes Confident communicator with the ability to deal with internal teams and customers High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organised, and committed to long-term work Requirements Full working rights in Australia Strong computer and system skills (ERP/WMS experience highly regarded) Ability to work one weekend day as part of your roster What's on Offer Ongoing, stable full-time hours Work with a global, reputable organisation Supportive team with long-term opportunity If you come from a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment and understand how operations run on the floor, this is a great opportunity to step into a key support role.
